Objectives & Overview
With significant healthcare benefit changes taking place at Ogily & Mathers, the human resources department needed to assemble a marketing and communications tool set to educate employees about the new offerings. However, due to significant new healthcare policy shifts, they also needed to educate their own HR staff.
Included in the marketing and communications package was a personal Power Point for the HR representative consisting of 'presenters notes'. This information was reviewed before the group presentation and educated the HR representative of the new options being offered for the enrollment season.
Once prepared, each HR representative of Ogilvy & Mathers branch offices presented the information to numerous employee groups in a new and engaging way. The presentation package consisted of an opening video, animated slide show, and hand-out brochures.
