Redesign and restructure the Travel Leaders headquarters and franchised agency websites utilizing Oracles Stellent content management system.
Objectives & Overview
When Travel Leaders (formerly Carslon Wagonlit Travel) separated from the Carlson Corporation, it had a period of one year to re-invent and establish a new online presence for both itself and its franchise agencies.
Additionally, the company was in the process of redefining its organizational structure and wanted to reflect these changes via the new websites. In order to accommodate such a huge shift in company philosophy and function, a major overhaul was required to take place within current content management systems (CMS) and information architectures (IA).
Under further scrutiny, the decision was made that both headquarters (HQ) and agency sites had to be built from the ground up in order to fit the new companies structure and philosophy.
